PC Issues Update

Dear Explorers,
We are aware of the issues that some players have been experiencing on the PC Client and will address them below.

Issue 1: I open the game and see a white/transparent screen. What should I do?

Answer: We are currently investigating the cause, please locate the log.txt in the Creative Destruction folder (Picture Below) and post it along with your account information and a detailed description of the problem in a Reply Below , this will assist us with pinpointing the issue and fixing it faster ;) Replies will be invisible to everyone except yourself & Administrators.

Issue 2: I receive a message saying, "Client.exe has stopped working...". How do I fix this?

Answer: The game cannot run if your CPU or GPU is not sufficient enough, we are currently working on optimizing the game for more systems and providing detailed Minimum PC Specifications for PC Users. Please stay tuned for more information.

Problema 2: Eu recebo uma mensagem dizendo: "Client.exe parou de funcionar ...". Como faço para corrigir isso?

Resposta: O jogo não pode ser executado se a sua CPU ou GPU não for suficiente, estamos atualmente trabalhando na otimização do jogo para mais sistemas e fornecendo especificações mínimas do PC para usuários de PC. Por favor fique atento para mais informações.

I run client.exe, look in the task manager and the program is open and after a few seconds it closes itself.

Fica numa tela branca após dar start, e fica nessa tela infinitamente, quando inicio ele cria uma pasta Zip chamada "Crash" depois de 5 segundos ela some, tem vezes que ela fica mas maioria das vezes ela some.

Problema: El Juego se insatala correctamente y todo, pero al abrirlo solo se queda en blanco y no puedo hacer nada mas ;-;

E o problema do client não abrir ? Ele abre no gerenciador de tarefas, os mb vão caindo e finaliza sozinho. Nem venha me dizer q isso e aquilo tá desatualizado e reinstalar o cliente que merda nenhuma disso funciona.

Mi problema es el numero 2 , al abrir el juego se me pone pantalla (del juego) en blanco y me salta el error de que no es compatible .Se que estan trabajando en ese problema , pero me gustaría si es posible de que me avisen cuando el problema sea solucionado asi podre descargarme el juego y poder jugarlo .
