what is the system requirements to play PC version ?

The game hasn't been ported to PC, but the developers may do so in the future. However, you can play the game with an emulator, which may be unfair to some due to the mouse and keyboard adventage... but it doesn't break any rules (that I know of). So load up an android emulator and enjoy the game.
Note: You will need a machine with at least two cores @2.6 GHz to get decent fps while playing.
EDIT: I just noticed there is a PC version released. I assume the requirements for emulating the game are enough to play the PC version smoothly.

Try Upgrading your windows to x64-bit , Maybe It can fix the problem.

The Core 2 Duo E4400 processor is weak due to stress on the 2 cores that's already are for office work and u use them for Gaming (Thanks God ur pc survived what u are trying to do ) so my point is you have to upgrade CPU for E6400 ......or better

Also idk ur graphic card so if it wont work with ur GPU then it will say ur video card can't handle it

In the end: Ur CPU suck change it for God Sake and it wont cost more than 9 or 10 $ for it so its 1000000% worth it
