No me parece la decisión sobre los ganadores en Diseño Propio hay participantes que usaron screns de las skins del juego y photoshop al igual que en el apartado de Screen ya que hay diseños mucho mejores que algunos de los que resultaron ganadores un claro ejemplo es el de Samuraijru que definitivamente era uno de los mejores junto con el de jefer588, si fue porque gano en el anterior debieron colocar eso en las reglas "cualquier persona que halla ganado algún concurso abstenerse a participar" puesto que varios de los que participaron en el anterior concurso de hallowen participaron en este me incluyo también y ninguno aparece en la lista de premiados.
