Can't purchase diamonds on Steam

My name is AE_Cad and i can't purchase diamonds or a name change on steam. I get the error shown in the picture below evertime i click top top up or confirm name change. Please try to get back to me soon. I have $12 on my Steam account so that is not an issue.

that seems like a steam issue might be causing it you should try to report the error to steam and see if they can do anything about it

i can but by using some tools there no in game configration for gamepad
