How can I return a skin I bought for gems and get a full refund?

I bought the baby eagle skin not so long ago, and now that the Valentine’s Day skins are out I want to get them but also have enough gems to buy the flex pass. So that’s why I want to return the baby eagle skin.

Getting a refund is not possible according to the moderators. And its like saying "I want to give this shirt back, after wearing it for one month cause I am bored of it and want to buy the new one you have, but I'll probably return it back too and get the next new shirt" that is just a example.
