I have downloaded the new version and am still having problems

Mine isnt working too!
I installed it at first,it was working!,
and now when i open it,its not working and saying failed to download configuration files.
My Pc specs are.
i3-3217U (intel)
4.00 Gb(3.88 usable) RAM
64 bit opeating system
Please help me! i wanna play it!

Try running the game as admin. Right click on client.exe and Run as admin.

I am having this issue as well. Using the Steam version. Was working fine yesterday and as I just now tried playing I got this error and there doesn't seem to be a fix anywhere. Has anyone fixed it on here yet?
