failed to download configuration file

when I enter the client (version 3.0.36) an error message appears saying that it failed to download the configuration files.so I click on try again and the message appears again.can anybody help me

This is what I encountered to my PC.. " FAILED TO DOWNLOAD CONFIGURATION. CHECK THE NETWORK AND TRY AGAIN." but my friends Laptop  which he connect to my modem, router he can play. Please fix this problem. PC Version

Try this. If you are on mobile clear cache and data of CD. Then restart your cp and wifi router . On your mobile data first on your phone  for a while then turn your wifi on . Try to open your CD app if its already okay

@Sahl Try Restarting your pc , device or Repair The Client By clicking on the right bottom of the screen

Hey Hey,

If the device repair either Mobile or Pc is not working then for:


PC- Check for updates on your windows pc. Make sure all your network settings are configured correctly and you are connected to a good internet connection. Once you have checked all these things and the repair feature did not respond, fully uninstall the game and re install it. Once installation i s completed, DO NOT OPEN THE GAME YET. Restart your pc first.  If the above does not work We would have to contact the support team.


Mobile- Reset your network settings. If game is still giving issues Try the "repair Button". If Still no solve to your problem then check for ANDROID/IOS updates and delete and re download the game. once game is done downloading restart your Mobile device.
