PC Issues Update

Dear Explorers,
We are aware of the issues that some players have been experiencing on the PC Client and will address them below.
Thank-you so much for your continued support as we work on fixing the following issues ASAP!


Issue 1: I open the game and see a white/transparent screen. What should I do?

Answer: We are currently investigating the cause, please locate the log.txt in the Creative Destruction folder (Picture Below) and post it along with your account information and a detailed description of the problem in a Reply Below , this will assist us with pinpointing the issue and fixing it faster ;) Replies will be invisible to everyone except yourself & Administrators.





Issue 2: I receive a message saying, "Client.exe has stopped working...". How do I fix this?

Answer: The game cannot run if your CPU or GPU is not sufficient enough, we are currently working on optimizing the game for more systems and providing detailed Minimum PC Specifications for PC Users. Please stay tuned for more information.

Queridos exploradores,

Somos cientes dos problemas que alguns jogadores têm experimentado no PC Client e vamos abordá-los a continuação.
Muito obrigado pelo seu apoio contínuo enquanto trabalhamos para corrigir os seguintes problemas o mais rápido possível!


Problema 1: abro o jogo e vejo uma tela branca/transparente. O que devo fazer?

Resposta: Estamos atualmente investigando a causa,por favor localize o "log.txt" na pasta Creative Destruction (Imagem abaixo) e poste-o junto com as informações da sua conta e uma descrição detalhada do problema em uma resposta abaixo, isso nos ajudará a identificar o problema e corrigi-lo mais rapidamente;). As respostas serão invisíveis para todos, exceto você e administradores.




Problema 2: Eu recebo uma mensagem dizendo: "Client.exe parou de funcionar ...". Como faço para corrigir isso?


Resposta: O jogo não pode ser executado se a sua CPU ou GPU não for suficiente, estamos atualmente trabalhando na otimização do jogo para mais sistemas e fornecendo especificações mínimas do PC para usuários de PC. Por favor fique atento para mais informações.
